Shipping

 

We currently offer shipping to U.S. based customers (in the contiguous 48 states) through USPS and UPS based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. 

USPS:
First Class Mail: 1-5 Days
First Class Package (smaller packages): 1-3 Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Days
UPS:
UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 Days
UPS 3 Day Select: 1-3 Days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Day
UPS Ground: 1-5  Days
UPS Standard: 3-7 Days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Africa, Asia, Australia, Central America, Canada, Europe and the MENA Region through DHL, UPS and USPS. Shipping prices are calculated based on package weight, dimensions and destination at check out. If your country is not listed, please contact us at halseesan.booksandplay@gmail.com and we can look into adding it to our list. 

Please note: Halseesan Books + Play is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on shipments outside the US. By completing checkout, each customer agrees to pay any customs duties and/or taxes that may be applied by international authorities. If any customer refuses to accept the package and it is returned to Halseesan Books + Play, the shipping fees as well as any other charges applied will be deducted from any requested refund.

Local Pickup

We currently offer local pickup for customers residing in the DMV area. If you would like to pickup your order, make sure to select Local Pickup during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will email you to schedule a time for pickup.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem! Please email us at halseesan.booksandplay@gmail.com with the information below within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs will be covered by Halseesan Books + Play. 

Information to include in return email:

  • Order Number
  • Item
  • Reason for return
    • The item was damaged or is defective (please include a photo)
    • The item does not match the photos
    • The incorrect item was sent

Once we receive your email, we will reply back with a pre-paid shipping label to be used to ship the item back to us through USPS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In addition, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (about 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
